Turlan Morlan is a coach, certified personal trainer, and former Division I collegiate athlete dedicated to helping individuals build stronger bodies, sharper minds, and healthier lifestyles.

Specializing in wellness consultation, mental fitness coaching, and performance training, Turlan works with both individuals and small groups to improve strength, endurance, confidence, and overall well-being. His coaching style blends sports performance training, psychology, and practical wellness strategies, helping clients stay motivated, accountable, and mentally resilient.

A passionate pickleball enthusiast, Turlan has a special interest in pickleball fitness conditioning and instruction, helping players improve agility, stamina, mobility, and on-court confidence. His training approach focuses on developing the physical and mental tools that translate directly into better movement, better strategy, and more enjoyment of the game.

Turlan is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he enjoys working with clients who want to stay active, competitive, and energized. When he’s not coaching or training, you’ll likely find him appreciating a great desert sunset, meeting new people, and embracing life in the desert with gratitude.
